How does this work?

1. You email me a description of what your issue is;
2. We arrange (by email) a mutually agreeable time for a discussion;
3. We have the discussion;
4. I’ll email you any relevant references/information following the call.

How much will it cost:

• You can pay per call. Each call lasts up to one hour and costs £80;
• You can pay per month, allowing you to call me for advice whenever needed, which costs £500 per calendar month.

Terms and conditions

Prices: VAT must be added to all prices where applicable (sorry, blame the Tax man). You are responsible for calling me on the number I provide, you are therefore responsible for your call charges.

Payment: Sorry but I can’t help you until payment has been received.

Duration: The fee per month is per month or part thereof. I’m sorry but if you sign up for a month and then cancel after a few days you are not entitled to a refund.

Quality: I promise to give you the best answer to your question that I can.

Per call: You are paying for me to be available to take your call during the agreed hour, if you call late your call will be shorter. If you fail to call you are not entitled to a refund.

Per month: If you pay per month you can email me whenever you need advice. If you abuse the service I reserve the right to cancel your account, but I’ll discuss this with you first.
