I had a pizza franchise. I made approx. $75000/year. I worked 100 hours a week, every week. I mean I ran as fast as I could 100 hours a week. Did you here me? I am not kidding. I owned it for 10 years. My kids grew up without me.I dealt with drunks EVERY night. My staff was aprrox 25 employees, which equals 25 problems. When I sold it, I looked over my payroll records. I had over 500 different employees. Would I do it again? NO NO NO.

Which is the sign of a good franchise unlike some of the cowboys trying to sell franchises without even having a proven business model.

They get 4,000 enquiries in the UK each year. They have 150 existing franchisees and so far in 2007 just one of those is a new recruit! They are only really looking for people in areas where the current franchisees are not in a position to expand
