		<description>I feel you have made a very interesting point, being ex recrutment myself I have toyed with similar ideas. The biggest problem employers are facing is lack of talent- so they have to look at people that they might have not looked at in the first place. Employers these day cannot be picky and usually lose out to competition, they are being told there is a talent shortage, so take more risks in hiring.

The market needs a solution that can calculate risk based on business needs vs reward / Risk.</description>
