Over the past years I have dreamt of having my own business and becoming successful, but I’m 16 and because of my age, I dont think that there are many ideas that can be turned into a business. Can you think of any business ideas that may help me?
Being 16 in no way limits your ability to turn an idea into a business. Age does not determine ability. Unfortunately however you will sometimes find it hard to get people to take you seriously at that age, but that’s something you can overcome as many teenage tycoons have done in the past. I’d just caution you not to give up school to start a business; yes some successful entrepreneurs quit school early and did fantastically well, but for the majority of entrepreneurs there is a direct correlation between education and success, the more education they have the better they have succeed (read The Illusions Of Entrepreneurship if you want some proof).
