I’d have to disagree though, that’s how to sell to anyone, not just women. Sure sometimes you can’t give them want they want (perhaps it’s not what you sell, or you’re out of stock) so refer them to someone who can or do your best to get what they want.
Any other type of “selling” or hard selling technique might get you a sale now, but will almost certainly lose your business the opportunity for their future custom.
