Kellogg’s recently conducted a survey which found that:
- 87% of men said they were going on a diet.
- One in five said they were doing it for their partner, compared to one in 10 women.
- 20% of those aged 16 to 24 saying they thought it would help them find a new love.
Looking at those numbers and taking a quick look at the dieting books on Amazon and it seems that there’s a great business opportunity here - dieting tips, books, DVDs, and courses for men.
In light of the last point there’s also an opportunity here for dating companies to increase their businesses profits by offering dieting advice/products to the men using their sites.
