		<description>I think that in the UK though there is more of a stimga attached to failure and as a result we are not encouraged to take risks. America differs in that the positive aspects are highlighted from failure such as the lessons that have been learnt.

Stelios wrote something along those lines in an article in The Economists 'The world in 2006'. A very good read if you can find it.</description>

Equally I think the secret of being successful is to make the best of the opportunities presented to you, not complaining that the opportunities aren't there or aren't fair which it seems to be he is doing.

I believe you need to understand who you are pitching to and adjust your pitch to suit their goals - that or offer then something so essential that they will change for it.</description>
