As an avid reader of business books, many of which have a distinctly American slant, I’m forever wondering what the difference is between the different entities (LLC, Corporation, C-Corp, S-corp., etc.) used for business in the USA. Well now I know thanks to IncParadise.com, who provide a comprehensive set of FAQs amongst which is the answer to my question on the differences between LLC, INC, S Corporation or C Corporation, perhaps of even more use is their page that explains when to use each possible business structure.
So who are they? Well IncParadise is an agent that provides incorporation services for all 50 States in the USA. They have detailed information for each state, forexample on the Arizona corporation page they explain the Arizona state law on reserving a corporate name, the requirements to have an agent based in Arizona and the number of directors required and much more.
There are also a number of useful articles on their blog, including an explanation of the cost of doing business in different states.
As well as incorporation services, they provide virtual office facilities for those that need them - no doubt useful if you incorporate in a different state to the one you are physically based in.

This blog is about business opportunities and ideas that I spot, think of or hear about and think are useful and interesting. It is intended to provide ideas and inspriation for you to help you find the right business idea for you to then grow it into a successful business.

I used to wonder what all of those meant…Until I learned in one of my business classes this last fall quarter
It’s interesting to see how they differ from the setup over here in the UK.
