One of the best business opportunities that I’ve pursued over the last few years has been affiliate marketing, an opportunity that my business got into purely by chance after meeting an affiliate marketer like Zac Johnson.

Zac runs a blog about how to make money as an affiliate in which he discusses affiliate marketing, the products and the networks that he has experience of. I found his post Why Do Affiliate Networks Let Super Affiliates Leave very interesting. I’ve seen the same thing happen and not just with affiliate marketing.

I also really enjoyed reading his thoughts on Review Me Blogs, where he comments on a review he bought through Review Me. I did wonder about his blog being critisied for having “too much personality” - to me that’s what makes a blog more interesting than a textbook, in my opinion the personality of the blogger and the dialog between blogger and readers is a blogs USP.

Unfortunately I couldn’t read much of his blog as there are numerous “stack overflow” errors on each page - looks like a problem with some Javascript (Zac I’m using IE7 if that helps) so I ended up reading it through the feed (perhaps a crafty way to get me to subscribe to the feed ;-))
